These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QR Code Generator website located at https://qrcodegen.in and all related services, software and content (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned, operated and managed by KHUB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“KHUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any paid features. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to generate and download QR codes for your personal or business use. All other rights are reserved by KHUB.
The Service, including all software, design assets, logos and documentation, is the property of KHUB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
Paid plans may offer dynamic codes and scan analytics. KHUB aims to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that scan data is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for complying with all privacy and data protection obligations when collecting or processing scan data.
Certain features are available only through a subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable except as required by law, and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change pricing at any time with at least 30 days’ notice posted on the Service or sent to your registered email.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content, products or services available from such sites.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KHUB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any QR code will function on every scanner or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHUB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to KHUB in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KHUB, its directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination the licence granted to you will cease and you must delete any copies of our software or content in your possession.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Changes become effective on the “Effective Date” shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after any change indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
